Schwab Advisor Services, the industry leader of custodial, operational, trading, product, and technology solutions for independent fee-based investment advisors (RIAs) is seeking an innovative, results-driven individual to serve as a Relationship Manager, AS Centralized Relationship Management.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to a portfolio of advisors-building strong, long-term relationships and helping them navigate business growth, operational challenges, and strategic decisions.
You will:
- Build and deepen relationships with advisor clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Partner closely with internal teams (service, marketing, consulting, and product) to deliver seamless solutions and anticipate client needs
- Identify opportunities to drive client growth, improve efficiency, and increase assets and revenue
- Lead business reviews, present strategic recommendations, and guide clients through new offerings or policy changes
- Influence outcomes through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Strengthen Schwab's position as a trusted, long-term partner in each client's success

What you have
We are looking for a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and can balance strategic thinking with execution.
Required:
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally supporting RIAs or in a relationship management role
- Proven ability to build trust and influence clients at multiple levels
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems independently, and drive results
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of the RIA industry, including operations, technology, and practice management
- Experience navigating complex client needs and coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
