Project Manager - Creative Center (C2)

Yesterday Austin, TX

Pay range: USD $93,300.00 - $115,000.00 / Year

Your opportunity

At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together.

Creative Center (C2) is Schwab's award-winning in-house agency, delivering client-centered brand, digital, and marketing experiences across web, video, print, and internal channels in close partnership with marketing and business teams.

We are seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent creative and digital initiatives within Schwab channels-many involving technical, CMS, or cross-platform complexity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, applies strong delivery discipline within defined guardrails, and proactively manages risk, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.

As a Project Manager, you will partner closely with account, creative, strategy, production, and technical teams to translate ideas into executable plans and ensure work moves forward with clarity, rigor, and momentum.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and is energized by bringing structure to ambiguity.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end project management from intake through final delivery, defining and maintaining clear scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and delivery plans.
