Your opportunity

Are you a seasoned marketing strategist with 8+ years of professional experience, including in financial services? DAFgiving360 is looking for a Marketing Strategy, Senior Manager to focus on driving awareness, consideration, and adoption of our charitable donor-advised fund offer with Schwab's Investor Services-including among high-net-worth clients and the Financial Consults/Wealth Advisors who serve them. The ideal candidate will understand how to effectively strategize, develop, and deliver impactful, data-driven integrated marketing programs that drive business results. In addition to marketing expertise, top candidates will also be self-starters with superb communication and relationship-building skills. If you're an experienced financial services marketing strategist who's looking to contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven organization, we'd love to hear from you!

DAFgiving360™ is an independent nonprofit organization created to increase charitable giving in the U.S. We offer a donor-advised fund program and related philanthropic tools and guidance that empower donors to incorporate charitable planning into their everyday lives and make a bigger difference in the world. What You'll Do:

  • Gain a deep understanding of DAFgiving360's and Schwab Investor Services' experiences, audiences, value propositions, and business objectives to understand and maximize the intersection of Investor audience needs with DAFgiving360's offer.
  • Strategize, develop, and deliver effective integrated marketing campaigns and programs that increase DAFgiving360 awareness and penetration within Schwab Investor Services-among high-net-worth clients and the Financial Consultants/Wealth Advisors who serve them.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert and marketing consultant for how DAFgiving360 is positioned to Schwab Investor Services, setting the strategy, developing a roadmap for how to achieve it, and delivering on marketing activities within.
  • Translate DAFgiving360 strategic objectives into actionable Investor Services-focused marketing strategies and plans, then manage on-strategy execution across DAFgiving360- and Schwab-owned channels.
  • Oversee and/or develop Investor Services integrated marketing campaigns and deliverables across email, web, print, sales materials, Investor Services internal and field communications, and more, ensuring cohesive experience and consistent messaging.
  • Project manage marketing through all phases of development-from strategy through delivery and ongoing optimizations-collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders, compliance, agencies, and others.
  • Work closely with product marketing to advocate for Investor Services audience considerations as part of ongoing DAFgiving360 offer development efforts, managing resulting messaging updates to existing Investor Services marketing.
  • Develop network of partner relationships across DAFgiving360 and Schwab Investor Services (marketing, strategy, sales, field enablement, etc.) to stay aligned on strategic priorities and activities within the Investor segment, and to help deliver holistic marketing and communications solutions
