As a Manager, System Support within Personal Trust Services (PTS), you will support the technology, systems, processes, and operational capabilities that enable Schwab's personal trust offerings, including Administrative Trustee Services, Schwab Personal Trust Services, Trusteed IRA, Personal Trust Reporting Services, Trust Outsourcing, and Sub-Custody.

This individual contributor role serves as a key partner across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams, helping deliver system enhancements, releases, custom reporting, data conversions, and business initiatives that drive operational excellence and exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and optimize Personal Trust Services systems and platforms.
  • Coordinate system releases, testing, enhancements, and production support activities.
  • Lead and support projects using Agile and established project management disciplines.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements, workflows, use cases, and user experiences.
  • Coordinate data conversions, reporting requests, file integrations, and business process improvements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver business solutions.
  • Evaluate operational risks and recommend solutions that balance client, regulatory, and business needs.
  • Influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to successful completion.

What you have

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of relevant experience supporting business systems, technology implementations, operations, or related functions while collaborating across Broker Dealer domains including Client Central, CAT, CMT, DAI, GDT, AS, IS, CRT, S.com, MyQ, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • 3+ years of project management experience utilizing Agile and other project management methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience working with multiple data file formats and translating technical and business data requirements.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, workflows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Experience working within cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Personal trust, trust administration, fiduciary services, or trust operations experience.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Experience supporting system conversions, integrations, reporting solutions, or platform enhancements.
