• Update cost model to reflect org changes, model structure and costing enhancements

• Provide reporting and dashboards both in Apptio and PowerBI.

• Ongoing work to support Org's Finance team with the financial forecasting process

• Maintain and evolve the tool by implementing product enhancements and identifying automation opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.

• Data and reporting automation that supports the data ingested by the Apptio platform including Cloudability and IT Planning

• Produce and maintain project cost reporting and ad hoc analysis for Portfolio Managers, Project Managers and Strategy team

• Experience supporting application development resource capacity planning and reporting

• Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

• Hands-on experience with Apptio (e.g., Cost Transparency, IT Planning, or related modules) to enable technology cost insights, planning, and reporting

• Hands-on experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to develop dashboards and deliver actionable insights

• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira

• Experience working in a highly regulated financial services environment

• Develops solutions and coordinates with teams to enhance application support

• Enhances processes to ensure legal and ethical data compliance

• Innovates solutions that strengthen incident response and mitigate outcomes

• Generates effective QA testing solutions that boost operational performance and product integrity

• Enhances business outcomes by partnering with teams to organize and prioritize requirements

• Develops security solutions that meet business requirements

• Develops software solutions that align with design principles and business objectives

• Optimizes software development testing and verification to enhance component reliability and address operational problems

• Leads packaging and orchestration to efficiently deliver software deployments

• Delivers scalable, business-aligned system design solutions through predictive or adaptive approaches

• Applies analytical thinking to abstract factors, guides outcomes, and sets priorities

• Consistently maintains clear, open communication to enhance collaboration with others

• Leverages industry expertise to guide strategy and guide team members in industry and marketplace dynamics
