Manager, Software Development & Engineering
Pay range: USD $189,592.00 - $200,100.00 / Year

Duties: Design software solution for low latency high throughput trading application. Provide software implementation of trading features. Design and implement solution supporting hierarchical configuration changes for distributed and scalable software platform. Conduct analysis of software vulnerabilities and security flows and Implement mitigation and remediation solution. Conduct code changes review, participate in approval process of proposed architectural changes. Coach junior members of the team, providing tanning material and peer coding session. Conduct analysis on state of non-production environment, remediate issue with non-production environment. Support client facing operation team in addressing client issues, keep Up-to-Date knowledge base on known issues. Active participant in Agile standups, story reviews, and PI planning. Provide technical guidance both in writing and verbally on implementations, process improvement, remediations, issue resolutions, etc. Engage across various domains to obtain information and gauge dependencies and prerequisites.
What you have
Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 72 months of experience involving the following: Software design and development using Java technologies, including Core Java, Swing, Spring framework, and build tools such as Gradle and Maven; Single page Web app development using angular 2+; Spring boot cloud and spring cloud stream applications that use messaging brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or IBM MQ, and deployment on cloud platforms using CICD platforms such as Atlassian bamboo or Jenkins; Veracode security vulnerabilities, remediation, and mitigation processes; Database schemas, deriving complex queries and data analysis; and Production support and issue resolution using tools such as Splunk or AppDynamics.
