Job Duties: Conduct model validations and make additional contributions to the Model Risk Oversight team. Perform model validations following guidelines based in SR 11-7, to include an assessment of model usage, documentation, conceptual soundness, data integrity, the control environment, and the software environment. Present work through formal model validations reports, as well as through presentations to model owners and senior management. Collaborative and partner with other quantitative analysts at the company, as well as with external consultants. Evaluate model performance monitoring reports, conduct model revalidation & model annual reviews, and maintain model inventory.

Job Requirements: Master's in Finance, Statistics, or a related field and 36 months of experience in a related occupation.. Experience must include 36 months of experience involving the following: Model development and validation for financial institutions; Predictive modeling utilizing econometric and statistical methodologies, including generalized linear models, time series analysis, survival analysis, transition rate matrix, and advanced machine learning algorithms; SAS, R, Python and SQL; Model validation in credit risk (CECL/CCAR) for various portfolio types, including mortgage and HELOC; and Probability of default (PD), loss given default (LGD), exposure at default (EAD), and expected loss (EL) models. .
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
