DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and human resources support. This position is a Charles Schwab employee role dedicated to supporting DAFgiving360's business objectives.

What You'll Do

As a Manager, Field Enablement, you will help accelerate the effectiveness of our Activation & Partnerships organization by delivering scalable sales enablement capabilities, technology solutions, and educational resources that improve advisor, donor, and partner engagement. You will serve as a key partner to business, technology, training, and knowledge management teams to enhance sales readiness, drive technology adoption, and support business growth.

  • Partner with sales leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and develop scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and sales enablement technologies, translating field needs into technology enhancements, education, and operational support.
  • Support technology launches, communications, and adoption strategies that improve sales readiness and effectiveness.
  • Analyze feedback, data, and business insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and platform enhancements.
  • Manage day-to-day sales technology operations, including reporting, permissions, data integrity, account assignments, and operational support.
  • Create and deliver educational resources, playbooks, and enablement materials that drive adoption and consistency.
  • Coordinate knowledge management, compliance support, and go-to-market readiness activities.
  • Drive utilization of Salesforce, Marketo, Allego, Tableau reporting, and related enablement platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen sales productivity and business outcomes.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience serving as a subject matter expert for sales technology implementations, launches, and ongoing Salesforce or CRM platform support.
  • Experience developing and delivering technology education, communications, and enablement programs for sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with sales leaders, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence, align, and build consensus across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo or Marketing Cloud, Allego or similar sales enablement platforms, webinar solutions, and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Lists, and Teams.
  • Strong project management and go-to-market execution experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting field enablement, sales operations, sales readiness, or revenue enablement organizations.
  • Experience driving CRM adoption and process optimization initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau reporting or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience partnering with training, knowledge management, marketing, or digital solutions teams.
  • Experience supporting charitable planning, wealth management, financial services, or advisor-facing organizations.
