We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about technology and the experiences it can create to join our Office of the CIO team in Schwab Technology Services as an Analytics Developer responsible for the development of solutions in support of managing and optimizing STS resource capacity. This team provides members with an unparalleled opportunity to define and work on major strategic initiatives while gaining visibility among the firm's senior leadership. Our ideal candidate will have a background in analysis and reporting as a developer of reporting solutions through multiple tool sets in support of managing resource capacity for large-scale technology organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis in support of managing and optimizing STS resource capacity
  • Design and development of reporting solutions to meet stakeholder needs across business, technology, Corporate Strategy, and Finance
  • Provide project management support and self-pace development efforts

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting application development resource capacity planning and reporting
  • Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Experience using Alteryx to streamline data workflows and enable efficient data transformation
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to develop dashboards and deliver actionable insights
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira
  • Experience working in a highly regulated financial services environment
  • Develops solutions and coordinates with teams to enhance application support
