Pay range: USD $102,500.00 - $140,000.00 / Year

Schwab's Workplace Financial Services supports retirement, stock plans and designated brokerage services for corporations and their employees. We're modernizing our accounting capabilities available to corporate Stock Plan Services (SPS) clients to be industry-leading, cloud ready and scalable to support continued business growth. The WFS Digital Product Management team is currently looking for a Digital Product Manager (Individual Contributor) with experience in equity compensation plan administration and developing digital products and experiences for corporate clients.
What you'll do
- Partnership - Work with our team of product owners, system analysts, developers and business stakeholders in an Agile environment. You would manage the welfare of the internal corporate applications and capabilities within Stock Plan Services at all stages of the product and release lifecycle including analyzing, defining strategy, and managing implementation of enhancements to existing and new capabilities.
- Client Focus -Develop a comprehensive roadmap to both modernize existing application and creating specific client features within our internal applications. You will be the liaison with internal stakeholders and external B:B clients
- Strategy - Use your knowledge of equity plan recordkeeping, data administration and related reporting to further the product vision for Workplace Financial Services
- Execution - Own and drive all aspects required to bring new and enhanced stock plan capabilities to clients, including the definition, creation, development, and implementation of the solutions that help us achieve our mission.

What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years equity plan accounting and/or product management experience
- Exceptional stock plan experience and product management skills - ability to synthesize data and stakeholder feedback into insights and actions
- Superior business analysis skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and ability to troubleshoot issues
- High attention to detail and the ability to see things through from concept to implementation
- Ability to provide on-time delivery of project deliverables
- Ability and desire to effectively and efficiently work in a collaborative team environment
- Experience participating in cross functional projects, with an emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign and/or impact to field and customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification
- Entrepreneurial passion, professional persistence, and a perpetually positive attitude
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
