  • Own the Prospect Homepage (pHome) and Client Homepage (cHome) marketing calendars in partnership with Investor Product Marketing, Trader Marketing, and Insights & Education Marketing-planning content, reviewing creative before publishing, and making updates as needed.
  • Lead implementation activities, including gathering assets, creating tickets, testing experiences, and launching new homepage content.
  • Consult on digital marketing best practices for homepage marquees, alerts, announcements, promo banners, and other message types.
  • Partner with Brand, internal Creative Agency, Publishing, Product, and Trader Marketing teams to ensure creative adheres to mobile, accessibility, and Schwab Digital & Brand standards.
  • Maintain pHome and cHome documentation and manage SharePoint and Confluence spaces, including publishing documentation, monthly performance reporting, and calendars.
  • Collaborate with our Digital Store Experience Team (DSE) on A/B testing opportunities for pHome and cHome, as well as using the mixer for one-off tests to validate image/copy guidelines, call to action "CTAs", and other best practices.
  • Update unowned but related web pages (e.g., FAQs) to maintain consistency and accuracy across the digital experience.

Client Experience & Website Operations

  • Contribute to content updates across Schwab.com to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client needs.
  • Support client navigation improvements that enhance findability and overall user experience.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding the broader client-experience impact of homepage and messaging work.
