You'll partner closely with talented engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, leveraging modern cloud technologies to design and deliver high-quality data solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of enterprise data assets, reporting, and data analytics that support business leaders in decision-making, regulatory reporting, and continuous process improvement.
  • Work closely with business and other stakeholders to understand needs and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Perform ETL design, development, data management, and data analysis.
  • Create data models, conduct performance tuning, develop load plans, and ensure deliverables meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide guidance and technical oversight to junior engineers and vendor contractors.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data engineering solutions.
  • Ensure system alignment to architecture policies and best practices; follow process methodologies during system development.
  • Identify opportunities for system reuse and simplification.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in development, support, and maintenance of ETL and database applications.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with GCP (GCS, BigQuery, Dataproc).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud).
  • 2+ years of experience with Control-M.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and shell scripting skills.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SCM/DevOps tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and understand data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to interpret trends and metrics to drive actionable insights.
  • Python scripting experience.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
