Treasury COE Analyst - Bangalore, India.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Treasury Center of Expertise Analyst will provide experience and knowledge to support and optimize moderately complex activities related to treasury's use of the global treasury management system. In this role, you will apply general knowledge of the system configuration and an understanding of treasury workflows and stakeholder requirements to execute and support the timely resolution of issues raised by the system users. You will also support the ongoing standardization and optimization of treasury systems, including moderately complex problem solving, requirements analysis, design definition and liaison with system vendors and other third parties to ensure the most robust solution is adopted.
Key Accountabilities
- Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
- Track and process requirements to prioritize in alignment with business stakeholders across the organization.
- Apply a general understanding of moderately complex business issues to facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross functional business stakeholders, document requirements and create initiatives to support the business needs.
- Identify and provide solutions to moderately complex business problems to maximize the value delivered to stakeholders.
- Provide moderately complex business design services for development.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• CA / CMA qualified or Semi qualified with Finance background.
• Experience with treasury business and core technology platforms
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working within a Treasury, or a financial markets function with knowledge of operations, cash management, accounting or related system project work, experience with trade/cash management systems.
• Understands Cargill structures - Legal Entities, JDE/SAP experience, US GAAP knowledge, chartered accountant (Internal Posting Only).
• Experience in data analysis and management with preferred experience with report management and visualization tools.
