TCA Commercial Master Data Management and Process Specialist

Job Purpose and Impact

TCA commercial Master Data Management and Process Specialist will support sales process execution with new and existing customers to enable sales teams aligned with our commercial strategy. In this role, you will help the organization in business transformation process by applying comprehensive and thorough knowledge of sales processes to support the customer relationships to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for the commercial organization

Key Accountabilities

• Enable assigned sales team with key process execution and sales activation including, but not limited to pricing requests, customer agreements and ad hoc support.
• Assist senior support staff in data migration process during business transformation period.
• Monitor and ensure commercial data is accurate in our systems and administration tools.
• Customer Master data, pricing and promo master data maintenance including data cleansing, data conversion, missing data identification and partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure data completeness.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales processes are successfully completed accurately.
• Create customized reports for customers and track customer requests for defined business or areas as needed.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of related work experience
• Minimum of two years experience in SAP.
• High Proficiency in Microsoft excel, SQL or other data management tools.
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in similar or related roles with a complex customer database.
