Strategic Nutrition & Decision Enabling Platforms Lead (Poultry)

Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategic Nutrition & Decision Enabling Platforms Lead (Poultry) will provide guidance, technical direction, and indirect leadership to support teams in executing the business plan and meeting business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the nutritional and modelling foundations that power decision-support platforms for Poultry in Cargill Animal Nutritional and Health, such as CNS, Panorama, and MaxiNIR. The role focuses on ensuring scientific accuracy, robust data structures, and consistent nutritional logic across these systems. It also provides technical guidance and implementation support to markets and customers, helping them apply platform outputs effectively in real-world conditions. This role will be seen as the global go to person for the Poultry Scenario Planning.

Key Accountabilities

• Application and Development of Digital Nutrition Technologies
• Leadership in Poultry Modeling Projects
• Stakeholder Support, Training, and Engagement.
• Monitor technical budget and metrics and report to stakeholders monthly.
• Develop strong customer relationships at key accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders on customer segmentation and satisfaction, account planning and the use of business planning software.
• Monitor the application center, ensuring a safe working environment, food or product safety compliance and resource management.
• Independently execute applications development work, ensuring that all projects are appropriately staffed.
• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of six years of related work experience
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's degree or other post-secondary degree, Doctorate degree.
• Practical experience in applying ingredients in food, industrial or feed as appropriate (preference for Cargill portfolio ingredients)
• Spanish and/or Portuguese(verbal and written)
• Customer-facing technical service experience
• High understanding and capability of GAP analysis of animal production chain
