Job Purpose and Impact
- The Senior Consultant, Identity & Access Management job designs, implements and oversees identity and access management systems within the organization. With minimal supervision, this job ensures secure access to resources, minimizes risk exposure, and maintains compliance with security standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into IAM solutions that align with organizational security policies and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify access needs, optimize workflows, and document processes for identity lifecycle management and role-based access controls.
- Perform gap analysis and support implementation of IAM technologies, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and adherence to governance frameworks.
- Identity Governance & Lifecycle Management: Lead and optimize complex identity lifecycle processes by partnering with business stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient provisioning and de-provisioning aligned with operational needs and compliance requirements.
- Access Management & Authorization Controls: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance identity repositories and authentication frameworks, driving governance improvements and implementing scalable access controls across diverse systems.
