Job Purpose and Impact

This role will provide hands‑on functional support and enhancement delivery for SAP ERP ensuring stable, compliant, and efficient operations across the region. You will triage issues, coordinate fixes with global SAP teams and business SMEs, and drive testing and release quality for changes and small enhancements. This role partners closely with users and adjacent process areas (e.g., SD/MM) to keep end‑to‑end process performance strong and auditable.

The role also coordinates with Process Excellence team on continuous improvement activities with medium project cost and risk; and activities with less defined processes for multiple locations and matters related to surrounding system & SAP.

Key Accountabilities

  • Issue triage & routing: Act as first line functional support for SAP to business users; identify root causes and route to the right owners (global SAP, integration, business) with clear diagnostics and priority
  • Bug fix & small works coordination: Track fixes/enhancements from intake through deployment; ensure timely resolution and communication of user‑facing impacts
  • Testing & quality control: Plan and execute SIT/UAT; own test scenarios, data, and acceptance criteria; serve as quality gate before changes reach business users.
  • Ecosystem coordination: Liaise across the SAP ecosystem (e.g., SFDC, MoM, reporting) to keep integrations and downstream reporting aligned with Finance changes
  • Provide updates on project objectives, performance measures, issues and risks to partners and management.
  • Working with Process excellence team to monitor and implement continuous improvement best practices and projects
  • Participate in organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies that meet business needs.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum 5 years hands‑on SAP experience including configuration knowledge and strong support/on‑call exposure
    • Demonstrated project management experience (e.g., coordinating enhancements, testing cycles, defect triage, stakeholder updates
    • Practical ability to analyze discrepancies and drive resolution is advantageous
    • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to turn business issues into clear tickets, test cases, and solution proposals
    • Ability to work across time zones with global teams
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin
    • Other minimum qualifications may apply
