The Professional, Business Process Management job implements and supports business process management frameworks and methodologies that drive consistency and improve process maturity. With limited supervision, this job collaborates with partners to support the effective implementation of business process management practices. This job monitors alignment with established standards and identifies improvement opportunities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS & METHODOLOGIES: Implements and maintains established business process management frameworks to drive consistency and improve process maturity by applying the defined business process framework, supporting maintenance of the associated taxonomy and managing process documentation in alignment with established requirements.
- BPM GOVERNANCE: Supports application of business process management frameworks and tools to ensure a fit-for-purpose approach across the organization and updates required changes to the frameworks and methodologies.
- COMMUNICATION & TRAINING: Implements communication of business process management standards and initiatives and delivers training materials to promote understanding and adoption of established practices.
- BPM MATURITY: Analyzes process maturity data to identify improvement opportunities and supports the development of improvement recommendations.
- STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & PROCESS COMMUNITY: Collaborates with stakeholders to support focused business process management and participates in the process community by sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
MINIMUM & TYPICAL YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- English Language is required
- Preferred qualification: Lean Six Sigma training and Green Belt attainment.
