Shaft Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Job Purpose and Impact
The Shaft Crew Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership and oversight to Shaft Crew members to ensure safe and efficient daily operations, strict adherence to MSHA regulations, and support Production targets. In this role, you will direct workers, assist in inspections and troubleshoot events, and communicate between management and the crew.
Key Accountabilities
- Enforce all employees, company, and regulatory safety policies, conduct regular inspections, and manage emergency situations
- Direct daily activities of the Shaft Crew and drive proactive work
- Coordinate with Vendors, Engineers, and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment readiness and project timelines
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members on technical skills and safety procedures
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports
- Monitor progress of any required and/or improvement projects against production targets and adjust plans to optimize efficiency #LI-JG3 #LI-Onsite
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in the plant
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Ability to perform in challenging and high-pressure environments
- Underground Salt Foreman certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

- The expected salary for this position is $77000 - $110 000 Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
