Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Professional, Business Process Management job establishes , communicates and provides guidance that drives adoption and governance of business process management frameworks and methodologies across the organization. With minimal supervision, this job collaborates with various partners to ensure the effective implementation of business process management practices across the organization. This job monitors business process management standards and recommends improvement options.

• BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS & METHODOLOGIES: Defines business process management frameworks to drive consistency and improve process maturity across the organization. Develops the business process framework and governs the associated taxonomy, develops the process ownership model and associated scope of work, and defines process documentation requirements.
• BPM GOVERNANCE: Enables and applies business process management frameworks and tools to ensure a fit-for-purpose approach and application across the organization and governs required changes to the frameworks and methodologies.
• COMMUNICATION & TRAINING: Provides up-to-date communication of business process management standards and initiatives across the organization. Provides training to ensure effective understanding and adoption of business process management standards and practices.
• BPM MATURITY: Evaluates process maturity to identify improvement opportunities, and recommends improvement options.
• STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & PROCESS COMMUNITY: Stewards business process management standards across the organization and partners to drive disciplined business process management. Participates as an active member of the process community, sharing knowledge, building relationships across teams, and supporting other initiatives and projects.

• Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

• Preferred qualification: Lean Six Sigma training and Black Belt attainment.
