Job Purpose and Impact

The Sr. Commercial Analyst will support the Commercial Leaders on our global and regional projects and initiatives, building commercial excellence capabilities in strategic pricing, sales enablement, route to market, marketing, consumer insights, and branding to drive organic growth. This person will collaborate across teams and regions to deliver business recommendations based on rigorous research, analytics and insights.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide analytics leadership on commercial excellence projects to support business priorities and growth ambitions .
  • Support the crafting and execution of regional transformation roadmaps and the implementation timeline, as well as project plans and timelines.
  • Drive implementation of core processes for diagnostics, hypothesis development & testing, development of business recommendations and implementation of core capabilities, and manage communication with businesses on given commercial excellence projects.
  • Generate insights using Self service Analytics tools such as Tableau/Power BI to support business transformation and growth priorities.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision while leading projects or workstreams, propose effective solutions to the issues at hand, while appropriately escalating the most complex issues.
  • Proactively communicate and align recommendations/actions with business and functional stakeholders; seek internal and external best practices.
  • Support implementation of project recommendations as needed by the business.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience.
  • Commercial mindset, and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office products (Co-Pilot, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, etc).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and confidentially with various levels of organization and potentially customer.
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures, and be part of a global team.
  • Comfortable learning new topics, prioritizing and executing multiple tasks


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, finance, or strategy-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data preparation and visualization (KNIME or similar; Tableau/Power BI).
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and limited information.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter able to structure work independently while collaborating in diverse, inclusive, global teams.
  • Experience with external data sources (e.g., Euromonitor, Nielsen) and quick understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20%.
