Job Purpose and Impact

  • The Senior Professional, Application Development job builds, maintains, integrates and implements software applications within the organization. With minimal supervision, this job performs complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
  • The Finance Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing the OneStream platform in alignment with architecture and business processes and work closely with the different technology delivery teams and Finance stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • As a member of the Finance Single Source Product team, work together to manage technical aspects of the OneStream platform and define the platform direction, in accordance with architecture standards, to ensure optimized performance. Lead release planning, environment management and change control.
  • Lead and provide guidance on strategy and technical planning of FP&A software applications in accordance with software compliance standards.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders in providing consultation, analysis and solution direction.
  • Collaborate with other Systems Analysts to understand the Finance architectural landscape and make decisions regarding the best solution to meet Finance requirements.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge to investigate, analyze and interpret complex business and system issues through research, development and identification of more complex and innovative solutions.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in .Net, C#
  • Strong previous experience with finance applications
  • Has the desire to learn Finance processes and gain solution expertise
  • Previous experience with OneStream, Hyperion or other corporate consolidation and planning tools
  • Knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes
  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis
  • VB.Net and/or C# experience for business rules
