Job Purpose and Impact

The PSQR Specialist ensures product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance by maintaining and continuously improving procedures and quality systems. This role drives operational excellence by embedding certification requirements into documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating across teams to strengthen processes. By conducting internal audits and supporting external audits, the PSQR Specialist helps ensure audit readiness and fosters a strong quality culture, contributing to consistent performance and sustainable business success.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drafting and reviewing procedures
  • Monitoring changes in our certifications and ensuring these changes are implemented in our procedures and documentation
  • Ensuring product safety, quality, compliance, and adherence to regulations
  • Strengthening quality systems and processes
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence
  • Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • (In-depth) knowledge of ISO standards 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / GMP / Halal
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with auditing (as auditee and auditor)
  • Project management experience (Yellow Belt / Green Belt)
  • Knowledge of SAP
