Project Control - contract

This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Controls, will help design, communicate and implement an operational plan to complete an engineering based project. In this role, you will help monitor progress and performance of the project plan and take action to resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
Key Accountabilities
- Help monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
- Ensure project results meet requirements in regards to technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
- Help plan, monitor and lead internal projects from initiation through completion.
- Regularly help measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or industrial plant projects; mill project experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation/Instrumentation scopes.
• Experience executing and controlling brownfield projects within operating plant environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Knowledge of industrial construction practices and project safety standards is preferred.
• Willing to work on a 1-year contract basis.
• Willing to be based in a remote site location in Amurang, North Sulawesi.
