MHS Marcom Manager
Job Purpose and Impact
The MHS Marcom Manager will develop specific customer driven marketing strategies, value propositions, segmentations, experiences, targeted communications and new customer solutions and concepts. In this role, you will strategically execute a marketing strategy to achieve profitable growth and value creation for both customers and the company. You will collaborate cross functionally to establish business plans and marketing opportunities to activate and deliver customer value through the customer decision journey and achieve customer driven growth.
Key Accountabilities
• Plan, execute and measure marketing strategies, promotions and annual plans for customer segments or specific channels to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales and insights teams, align marketing initiatives with channel optimization, brand activations, value propositions and product and category plans to ensure integrated marketing activities support a consistent customer experience.
• Ensure timely execution of key customer or channel initiatives based on priorities established through the marketing planning process.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of customer priorities to help identify areas where additional customer profitability and brand growth can be achieved.
• Monitor channel performance and metrics and serve as the feedback loop between sales and customers to ensure efficiency of initiatives and improve return on investment.
• Evaluate and modify promotion or advertising programs.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
To be specific:
• MHS species specific marketing management - incl. product launch execution.
• Lead the planning and execution of the Rebranding Project's Marcom activities.
• Drive the development and localization of marketing literature to enhance brand presence and market relevance.
• Oversee the management and content strategy of two self-owned WeChat accounts to strengthen digital engagement.
• Spearhead omni-channel external communications, including webcasts, advertorials, and trade media interviews, to reinforce market positioning.
• Lead key trade shows including China Dairy Trade Show (June) and China Husbandry Industry Trade Show (May).
• Coordinate MHS's participation in Cargill One event such as the China International Import Exhibition (November), ensuring cohesive brand messaging and stakeholder engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business related or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in value proposition development
• Experience in marketing planning, digital marketing, campaign planning and execution, performance measurement, demand generation and activation and or content delivery
• Experience in customer co creation and or customer experience
• Solid related work experience in the animal nutrition industry is preferred.
• Ability to independently lead and execute marketing events is required. Proficiency in managing WeChat official accounts is preferred. Video editing skills are a plus.
• Fluent spoken English is required.
• A hands-on individual with a strong sense of ownership and demonstrated strategic thinking.
