Marketing Manager - Bioindustrial

Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategic Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy, yearly marketing planning, and execution of the marketing plan with global cross functional teams to grow the Power Systems portfolio of products. In this role, you will create marketing programs and initiatives to grow brand awareness and demand generation for a global portfolio of products.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop the marketing strategy and plans to grow the product portfolio, reach new customers, and maintain loyalty with current customers
  • Create go-to-market plans including segmentation, customer targeting plans, and product positioning
  • Execute and lead large scale, multichannel digital marketing communications and promotion efforts in conjunction with external marketing agencies and trade media partners.
  • Identify and implement marketing opportunities in collaboration with sales and technical teams to help grow the business.
  • Design, develop and implement marketing programs to raise awareness of the brand/products in current markets and to new market segments
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience in marketing


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with external creative and digital media agencies
  • Experience with market analysis, segmentation, customer targeting strategies, and product positioning


The expected salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
