Job Purpose and Impact

The Marketing Communication Specialist contributes to the implementation of Neolait's digital strategy (marketing communication, e‑commerce, content, campaigns, and internal digital tools).
The role aims to generate demand, facilitate access to offers, support sales growth, and equip teams, in close coordination with the Neolait Expert Manager, product managers, sales technicians, the communication team, and IT partners.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage e‑commerce performance: traffic, conversion, revenue, customer satisfaction, and catalog compliance.
  • Oversee daily website operations: updates, banners, promotional actions, visuals, product pages.
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of the site with the e‑commerce integrator.
  • Deploy Email and SMS campaigns: targeting, segmentation, content, and automation.
  • Manage French and Export web content: news, articles, and competitive monitoring.
  • Animate social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.): editorial planning, creation of visuals/videos, campaign management and follow-up.
  • Produce marketing content: newsletters, landing pages, campaign assets, and engagement materials.
  • Support product managers with content creation: testimonials, brochures, product sheets, videos, landing pages.
  • Manage and enhance internal digital tools (Power Apps / My Neolait): requirements collection, prioritization, testing, and deployment.
  • Contribute to the digital marketing & communication strategy and participate in team activities and national events: Sommet, SPACE, Salon de l'Herbe, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in e‑commerce/digital marketing, ideally in the agricultural sector.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management skills: briefs, plans, budgets, schedules, testing, reporting, management of external partners.
  • Content & design production skills: writing, editing, UX, visuals/videos, webinars.
  • Strong command of tools: MS Office, email/SMS platforms, Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of quality & compliance standards: GDPR, web accessibility.
  • Service-oriented mindset, rigor, autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Proactiveness and operational creativity.
