Manager, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
Job Purpose and Impact
As a member of the DEI Center of Expertise, the Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will play a critical role in fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, workplace and marketplace ultimately leading to higher organizational performance and a positive societal impact.
You will serve as a role model and advocate for DEI within the organization. You will provide advanced knowledge, expertise, consultation, insights and recommendations to enable the development, integration and operationalization of tailored and data-backed solutions to meet the aspirational goals and ambitions defined by our holistic DEI strategy. In addition, you will provide expert knowledge of the external and internal landscape with the aim to create equitable access and opportunities for all, particularly those from historically underrepresented or marginalized groups.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate and partner with various internal stakeholders (human resources, global impact, social responsibility, communications, government relations, etc.) to embed DEI in key processes and practices, establish measurable objectives and monitor progress/impact.
- Serve as a subject matter expert; develop tailored content, tools and resources; lead projects; develop and deliver training to build organization capability of all employees on DEI related concepts, principles, processes, policies and practices.
- Collect, analyze and derive insights from data related to human capital metrics, diversity, employee engagement, and inclusion efforts and identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key external organizations to promote the company's commitment to DEI and to learn from best practices and exploit external development opportunities.
- Diagnose and identify barriers, challenges and opportunities to creating equitable access and opportunities for all.
- Provide strategic and tactical advice, consult and influence behaviors and actions to advance progress/impact.
- Maintain a strong awareness of global and regional factors and trends related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for employees and DEI within the organization.
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. Provide direction to support team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum six years' experience in human resources and/or consulting and/or DEI
- Experience developing and operationalizing key change management initiatives
- Experience influencing key stakeholders across a region or business
- Experience in project management or learning & development
- Knowledge of relevant regional political, social, government and economic factors impacting or related to diversity, equity and inclusion
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Expert level of proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving and deriving DEI insights from data
