Job Purpose and Impact
The Junior Associate - Ethics & Compliance Project Coordinator will support the tracking, organization, and coordination of technology, automation, and digital initiatives across the Ethics & Compliance organization. In this entry-level role, you will work alongside technical teams and stakeholders to monitor sprint activities, maintain project documentation, track deliverables, and support reporting on team goals under direct guidance.
Key Accountabilities
- Project Management & Task Tracking: Assist in tracking project tasks, backlogs, and work items in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management systems.
- Metrics & Reporting: Support the preparation and maintenance of basic Power BI dashboards and spreadsheets to monitor team milestones, task completion, and workload.
- Goals & Planning: Assist in organizing Agile team ceremonies, sprint planning notes, action items, and milestone follow-ups to keep initiatives aligned.
- Coordination & Alignment: Support communication and operational alignment with regional and global team members.
- Documentation & Risk Support: Maintain clear project documentation, meeting summaries, and assist in identifying dependencies or blockers for prompt escalation.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (recently graduated or final-year students eligible).
- 1+ years of experience in project support, PMO, or coordination roles (internships and formal university project experience apply).
- Hands-on exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or similar Agile task management platforms.
- Foundational understanding of Agile concepts, sprint workflows, or project life cycles.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel for tracking metrics, project status, and reports.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up on tasks.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to collaborate with global stakeholders.
