Job Purpose and Impact
- The Director Finance Food APAC - NAA leads the execution of the tactical and strategic plans related to the development of business financial strategy, setting clear, financially focused targets for the organization, and ensuring effective deployment of capital. This job leads and guides the team responsible for providing necessary financial rigor and analytics and ensuring the achievement of financial results and value creation for the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- FINANCIAL LEADERSHIP: Drives value within the business by guiding the analysis of business performance against competitors and industry trends to identify key insights and focus leadership on the most critical risks and opportunities.
- BUSINESS/FUNCTION FINANCIAL PLANNING: Oversees business driver analysis, including oversight of customer profitability analysis and enterprise demand driven functional services, guides all reporting, planning and forecasting processes, improves scenario strategic planning analysis, and oversees supports to new business activities and issues resolution.
- DRIVES BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: Establishes performance metrics and oversees benchmarking analysis to drive strategy execution, applying technology to drive aligned performance management of the business.
- MODELING & ANALYTICS: Guides the team to apply advanced modeling to bring insights to the business, and reviews and delivers presentations to communicate insights.
- COLLABORATION: Leads collaboration with finance, business and functional teams to influence others and improve connectivity and effective communication.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organization's goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualififcations
- With minimum 10 years relevant as a Finance Director / Senior Director in MNC of manufacturing industry background.
- Excellent ability in cross-functional collaboration, reginal/global stakeholder management and senior leadership communication in English.
- Demonstrated capability to drive business decisions, support strategic growth and deliver sustainable financial performance.
