Propósito e Impacto del Rol

El/la Desarrollador/a de Negocios será responsable de gestionar ventas presenciales y remotas a clientes nuevos y existentes, comercializando productos y servicios de manera directa o a través de distintos canales de venta. En este rol, identificará las necesidades del cliente y recomendará soluciones adecuadas que aporten valor y fortalezcan la relación comercial.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Identificar y prospectar nuevos clientes, estableciendo contacto efectivo y generando oportunidades de negocio.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo y la presentación de ofertas comerciales, propuestas y presentaciones, incluyendo demostraciones de producto.
  • Realizar seguimiento a incidencias y novedades presentadas por los clientes durante el proceso de compra.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes, fomentando la recompra y la fidelización.
  • Aplicar conocimientos técnicos y comerciales para realizar ventas consultivas directas.
  • Gestionar de manera autónoma situaciones administrativas, técnicas o de servicio al cliente, escalando únicamente los casos de mayor complejidad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores de gestión (KPIs) establecidos.
  • Otras funciones asignadas.


Calificaciones Mínimas

  • Mínimo dos (2) años de experiencia en ventas o roles comerciales relacionados.
  • Experiencia en preventa y prospección comercial.
  • Manejo de herramientas Office (Excel, Word) y Power BI.
  • Conocimiento del territorio asignado.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de KPIs (clientes activos, ventas cero, incidencias, entre otros).
  • Contar con vehículo propio y licencia de conducción categoría A o B.
  • Pueden aplicarse otras cualificaciones mínimas según el perfil requerido.
