Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Operations Specialist will execute a limited scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will provide clerical or administrative tasks to help optimize processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basicunderstanding of customer service practices and procedures.
- Participate in executing customer service strategies.
- Inform customers about order status, invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to maintaining and updating tools or systems and relationships that supports accurate customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in international trade, e-commerce, quality, chemical engineering, food
- Strong communication skills and abilities;
- Proficient in good written communication skills;
- Proficient in computer operation and able to use office software (WORD, EXCEL, PPT) well;
- Good English reading, writing, conversation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade or e-commerce is preferred;
- More than two years of experience in export customer service management or major customer management in the manufacturing industry;
- Possess knowledge, skills, and practical experience related to customer service.
- English proficiency is required to pass the CET-6 level
- Familiar with the sales contract process;
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, customer service awareness, and strong oral expression ability;
