Job Purpose and Impact
The Commercial Director - Poultry Poland will develop the strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets for full sales team. In this role, you will provide the teams with a strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of employees and represent the company in promoting and selling products and services.
We are considering any location in Poland for this role.
Key Accountabilities
- Owner of poultry business, with full responsibility for maximizing P&L of commercial unit.
- Define and implement mid to long-term strategy in line with Cargil business objectives translating business goals into actionable plans that motivate cross‑functional teams.
- Support business growth by spreading information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and our products and services.
- Participate in planning, developing and delivering the marketing strategy for products, services and associated brands.
- Identify potential customers while nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and managers, coaching and making decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of six years of related work experience.
- Proven business leadership experience and vision with focus on developing and articulating a clear strategic vision that inspires teams and drives organizational priorities.
- Ability to inspire and lead through the changes
- Proven experience in stakeholders influence and collaboration for aligning diverse teams behind strategic initiatives and business objectives
- Fluent in Polish and English language
- Open to travel, approx. 20 % of time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant supervisory experience.
- Strong business acumen with a forward‑looking mindset.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Experience in animal nutrition and health or animal production areas.
