Job Purpose and Impact
The Change Management Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end change strategy and execution for the SAP S/4HANA transformation across CTO businesses. This role ensures business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption of new processes and systems across multiple geographies. The incumbent will operate at both strategic and execution levels, partnering with program leadership, Process Implementation Leads (PILs), and business stakeholders to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute an integrated SAP change strategy from business readiness through sustainment, including business readiness assessments, scorecards, and go-live sign-off.
- Define and track adoption KPIs, while aligning SAP role mapping with processes, access validation, and segregation of duties.
- Lead stakeholder analysis across global, regional, and site-level functions, tailoring engagement by audience needs.
- Deliver phased SAP communications and partner with leaders to ensure clear, consistent messaging across key channels.
- Lead change impact assessments, defining future-state processes, readiness needs, capability gaps, and operating model impacts.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks to readiness, cutover, and deployment timelines, supported by data-driven insights on gaps and required actions.
- Deliver leadership and SteerCo updates, escalating critical readiness risks and required decisions.
- Define and execute role-based training aligned to SAP processes and deployment waves.
- Sustain a super user/change champion network to support adoption and stabilization.
- Build long-term change capability across business teams, PILs, and site stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of change management experience, with proven delivery in large-scale transformation or ERP programs.
- Strong SAP / ERP implementation experience (S/4HANA preferred) with direct involvement in deployment and business readiness phases
- Demonstrated ability to drive change in complex, multi-country, matrixed environments
- Proven track record of influencing and engaging senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Hands-on experience delivering: stakeholder engagement and tailored communications, training and capability building (including super user networks), change impact assessment and readiness for future-state adoption and experience working closely with PMO, Functional Leads, and business teams to support deployment execution.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to be based in CTO location. [Indonesia/Malaysia]
- Willing to do business trip or travelling accross Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
- Confirmed ability to achieve compromise and conclusion in complex relationships within a matrix, and handle key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, or supply chain-intensive industries
- Experience working across Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia and Philippines
- Exposure to SAP role mapping / access design, including understanding of roles, authorization concepts, or segregation of duties
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
