Advisor, CAN EMEA and Global Salmon Portfolio Management

Job Purpose and Impact
We are looking for a talented Advisor for Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health EMEA and Global Salmon Portfolio Management who will be responsible for leading strategic projects and ensuring robust reporting and governance across the project portfolio. This role will lead to the governance and adoption of the My PPM tool, working closely with PMO Leads to ensure consistent project management practices and reporting standards. The role is part of the commercial excellence practice and will play a role championing the deployment of commercial excellence tools including coaching others or providing input around commercial excellence opportunities.

This is a hybrid role and is open to candidates within Europe, preferably in the countries where Cargil has offices.
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of portfolio reporting standards and governance frameworks across CAN EMEA and Global Salmon.
- Lead the governance and user adoption of the My PPM tool, ensuring consistent and accurate project data entry and reporting.
- Collaborate with PMO Leads to ensure alignment on project methodologies and reporting practices.
- Provide expert support in portfolio performance tracking, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key metrics and insights.
- Provide fact-based analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and portfolio prioritization.
- Partner collaboratively with professionals within the internal finance structure to support the evolution of value measurement guides to fully identify the value creation tied to financial and strategic metrics.
- Provide expert thought leadership in portfolio governance and reporting, working with limited direction.
- Leads 1-2 key strategic projects for the business as needed. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of six years of related work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (builds trust), comfortable being able to quickly join the leadership team and immediately advise/add value.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; self-confident, dynamic (persuasive) in presenting ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English language.
- Open to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in portfolio reporting, project governance, or PMO operations.
- Skilled in using project portfolio management tools (e.g. My PPM).
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven business leadership experience with focus on business development and growth.
- Experience monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
- Program management skills and experience managing a portfolio of projects.
- Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Ability to inspire and lead through the changes.
