Title Clerk Sr. Coordinator - Mail Team (Hybrid)
The Title Clerk Sr. Coordinator - Mail Team will be responsible for working with the Dealer Lien Perfection team within the KORS Department. The teams included will be Out of Business and Dealer Lien Placement with their daily processes. This individual will need to possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision. Responsibilities:
- Work physical mail, mail images notating and imaging in AIMS
- Distribute and work emails that come to the shared Auto Lien Box
- Work LHS codes for perfected titles
- Keep track of incoming checks received
- Obtaining outgoing checks from the payment team
- Print the needed documents and FedEx
- Work with Arkansas suspense and pulling mail team reports
- Call dealerships and customers to obtain title status updates
- Run state inquiries

Job Level: Senior Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm CST (Tuesday - Thursday 7am - 4pm CST in office)
Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 1 year experience working in the Financial Industry
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 2 year experience working in the Financial Industry
- At least 1 year of title processing experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $49,774 - $49,774 for COAF Ops Sr. Coordinator
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
