Summary

  • To keep C1 PH sustainably well-managed, the Senior Associate for Process Excellence will team up with Process Excellence Principal Associate partnering with process owners and managers to optimize operations, strengthen business controls, and embed a culture of excellence across teams. This will require solid understanding of business objectives, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, and the application of advanced process improvement and change management practices. The Senior Associate for Process Excellence will guide others in translating insights into actionable improvements, influence stakeholders toward data-driven decisions, and help ensure that improvements are both impactful and sustainable. The role involves building strong relationships across teams, maintaining trust through transparency, and modeling a mindset of continuous learning and operational excellence.

General Responsibilities

  • Process Simplification
    • • Lead and execute process improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Agile, selecting the most effective approach per opportunity
      • Conduct end-to-end process assessments, including mapping, risk analysis, and performance measurement
      • Design or refine processes and document business requirements, user stories, process controls, and risk mitigation aligned with operations and compliance objectives
      • Partner with the process owners to identity, evaluate, and prioritize improvement opportunities based on business impact, efficiency, and risk exposure
      • Contribute to the governance and sustainability of implemented improvements through tracking and reporting of realized benefits
  • Process Management
    • • Ensure assigned projects, initiatives, and processes conform with established organizational policies, standards, and controls
      • Assist process owners in developing process documentation, risk controls and performance trackers to sustain improvements
      • Develop and maintain dashboards or reports that track process metrics, improvement initiatives, and operational performance indicators, as applicable to the assigned project
      • Help train process owner and specialist on process management and continuous improvement
      • Act as contact person to maintain and support internal trackers and documentations
      • Monitor all process improvements in the assigned project/s and escalate to the Department Manager any challenges that need management intervention
  • All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Science, or any other relevant field
  • 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, process management, automation, or software testing within a corporate, shared services, or BPO environment
  • Hands-on experience in process design, management, or optimization, with demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Amenable to working in Alabang
  • Open to Hybrid Setup
  • Open to Night Shift schedule


Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate technical and process concepts to various audiences
  • Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently and can work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Adaptable and curious, with ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies


Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of web-based solutions or software development tools (e.g. HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, .NET, or SQL)
  • Working knowledge of Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Project Management and Change Management frameworks
  • Practical understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Quality Assurance principles
  • Exposure to or certification in Lean & Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
  • Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment
  • Applied familiarity with process automation concepts, including both front-end and back-end development or integration
  • Experience using data visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Power Bl, Google Data Studio, Tableau) to monitor process performance
