Retail Banks Enterprise Payments organization is at the core of how we move money at Capital One. We are a dynamic organization that manages our critical money movement rails (ACH, Check, Debit, RTP, and Wires), drives end-to-end payments strategy, operations and risk management and leads initiatives to build a strong, sustainable program for all payment types across Capital One.
You will play a critical role in the strategic oversight, planning, and implementation of the change management process within Enterprise Payments. You will work cross functionally with Senior Leaders and enterprise-wide stakeholders by serving as a centralized control point for documenting, scoping, assessing and gathering approvals and ensuring delivery support teams achieve operational readiness for critical payment intent and initiatives before any changes go live.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the change management process, including conducting info sessions and readiness activities to ensure leadership and stakeholder awareness and buy-in across different governance paths
- Promote the value of change management and influence participation and accountability
- Develop and implement metrics and reports to track change management progress, performance, and value
- Define and enforce clear change governance standards, ensuring consistent adherence to established protocols and providing guidance on the appropriate path for each change
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and standardizing the change management process, incorporating best practices to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency
- Lead change management communications, creating clear, engaging, and impactful messaging to inform stakeholders of process changes, project milestones, and system improvements.
- Create supporting resources, such as training materials and guidance documents, to boost user understanding and adoption of the change management application and its processes.
- Execute on additional projects or tasks, and special assignments as needed, supporting overall business objectives and departmental goals
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the change management case management system, identifying opportunities for systematic improvements and collaborate with a third-party vendor to update and execute
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in process management, project management, risk management or change management
- At least 2 years managing stakeholders across business functions
- At least 2 years of experience of using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 4 years of experience in process management, project management, risk management or change management
- At least 2 years of banking payments experience
- At least 2 years of experience delivering large scale transformational initiatives while supporting enterprise changes
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with senior leaders, company-wide stakeholders and third party vendors
- BPM, PMP, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or PROSCI certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. Process Manager
Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager
Wilmington, DE: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
