Responsibilities:

Demonstrates full knowledge in assigned area and is an experienced sole contributor. Leads the marketing project cycle from inception, structure, tactics, execution, and measurement for apportion /sleeve of a Client Segment, Product Leadership Council or other key area.

Strategizes, creates, implements, and evaluates fully-integrated marketing plans.

Requirements:

Develops and implements the overall marketing strategy for a portion/sleeve of a Client Segment, Product Leadership Council or other key area to achieve desired changes in target audience behavior or attitude so Partners with marketing research, sales and product teams to determine key audience insights that drive the achievement of business objectives.

  • Partners with marketing communications and digital marketing teams to deploy marketing programs aligned to business objectives and strategies. Evaluates the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommends adjustments as needed Measures audience engagement with marketing efforts.
  • Tracks and records changes in attitudes or behaviors over time.
  • Evaluates cost-benefits of marketing effort. Maintains a key client-facing role (where applicable)
  • Establishes peer-to-peer relationships with marketing professionals at key partner firms. Contributes to the operational effectiveness of the marketing department Stays current with marketing best practices.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and provides recommendations on existing operating models and processes.
  • Leads implementation of process improvement. Provides leadership for the team. Provides direction to other associates and assists them in completing their assignments.
  • Performs quality checks and verifies the accuracy of work prepared by other associates.
  • Participates in the training and development of other associates. Provides feedback to manager regarding special training requirements.
  • Serves as a positive role model for other associates.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
