Role Summary:

The Investor Information Analyst will work within the Investor Services team (IST), supporting Luxembourg, UK & Australia domiciled funds with the mission to provide superior quality fund data, reporting, investor communication and client service. The role entails helping to keep the product infrastructure (funds & share classes), related data, processes and operations current and up to date. The role also includes delivering on internal and external client queries and reporting and ensures that both are answered in a consistently prompt & professional manner.

Based in GVO, works generally independently or under supervision of the Lead Analyst for more complex tasks & projects.

  • Monitors and manages CG funds' infrastructure:
  • Coordinates new share class launches and terminations with internal departments (notably CG treasury where CG seed money is involved) and external service providers (including the Transfer Agent, FEfundinfo and Data Vendors).
  • Ensures information related to active products and share classes is up to date and available through FEfundinfo or other systems for internal and external reporting purposes. This includes:
  • Maintenance of the Fund Center for the Luxembourg and Australian CG Funds
  • Production and dessimination of operational templates for financial intermediaries
  • Oversee and / or ensure provision of fund static and dynamic data to Data Vendors
  • Ad-hoc reporting or notifications as required (eg: fund events, non-dealing days, …)
  • Coordinates the provision of dynamic data, specifically CG funds holdings, to FEfundinfo and where required directly to distributors and / or data vendors. Ensures that Non Disclosure Agreements with these third parties are put in place and maintained as required.
  • Acts as first point of contact for Data Vendors and manages the operational relationships for CG in Europe & Asia. Overseas the data accuracy on DataVendors websites through regular oversight and data audits, leveraging FEfundinfo processes where relevant.
  • Ensures availability and accuracy of CG funds' literature (e.g. Prospectus, dealing guide, etc.) on public CG websites and CG associates' dedicated website.
  • Manages the production & dissemination of CG funds' pre-disclosure documents, considering relevant regulatory requirements & guidance; anticipates issues, informs planning, and produces required variants in a timely and accurate manner as required, for: Prospectus filings, New fund & share class launches
  • Changes to key parameters (such as risk indicators , OCF, etc.), Annual refresh
  • Instructs and oversees the share class registration in various jurisdictions
  • Drafts and coordinates the review and roll-out of CG funds' formal notifications to investors, involving external service providers and translation coordination as relevant, relating to new prospectus mailings, fund activities / corporate actions where required and AGMs/EGMs including proxies
  • Designs and disseminates sales reports on investors' activity in CG funds, for Sales teams & CST, management and senior leaders and CG funds' boards meetings.

- Considers the full breadth of known information to ensure consistency of data.

- Develops reports in a professional format and is able to handle queries and present analyses across the organization.

- Actively consults with the various internal clients and users for their input.

  • Designs and manages updates to investor forms
  • Responsible for the consistent implementation of branding guidelines for all of the above processes as relevant (e.g. forms, investor communications, KIIDs, etc.)
  • Responds to RFP questions w.r.t. topics and processes falling within its remit.
  • Monitors & shares information regarding quality of service delivery by external service providers including Transfer Agent, FEfundinfo and Data Vendors.
  • Participates actively as a subject matter expert representing the IST team in:

- Any IO Funds Platform or broader projects where assigned to act as a subject matter expert.

- Trainings and exposure sessions provided to other departments / internal clients.

- Contributes to IST initiatives and CI efforts including procedures and knowledge management documentation tools by Identifying and discussing any perceived gap(s) in operations/business processes.

- Recommending improvements relative to risk and/or efficiency.

- Monitors & updates internal procedures, and identifies areas for documentation improvement.

- Staying informed on industry developments and actively demonstrating curiosity and initiative to learn.

  • Contributes constructively to the overall performance of the team:

- Serves as a positive role model for other associates.

- Participates in the training and development of new IST team members.

- Where relevant, verifies the accuracy of work prepared by other associates.

Business & Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrates attention to detail in rigorous documenting and management of recurring processes related to the fund infrastructure and information management, and notably related to the maintenance of key fund and share class reference data.
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and agility in planning and coordinating activities with multiple groups providing input and sign-off, and notably those with multiple / complex iterations including stakeholder feedback loops

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
