As a Data Scientist, you will lead projects which leverage data science techniques to mine and interpret data to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problems that are posed to them. You will be responsible to interpret and communicate analytic results to analytical and non-analytical business partners and senior managers. These applications are aimed at organizing information, engaging and guiding clients, delivering personalized investment content and products, predicting client's next best action, and determining where and when to target clients

- MS in (PhD preferred) Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- You will build the capability to study and analyze structured and unstructured data, data from multiple internal and external sources to enable pattern seeking and analysis.
- You are proficient at translating unstructured business problems into math framework in scientific way, and able to articulate the logic.
- Experience with deep learning models, generative AI and optimization algorithms.
- Expertise in predictive analytics/statistical modeling/data mining algorithms
- Analyzes patterns from thousands of behavioral characteristics of financial advisors and investors, market news and economic data, to personalize investment outcomes.
- You are well versed in at least one statistical analysis tool.
- You have knowledge of distributed databases and have experience with SQL or related query languages.
- You have demonstrated agility in providing value gained through data science from large and complex datasets.
- You have experience in one or more of the following toolsets: Databricks and AWS Sagemaker,
- You have an ability to provide data analysis and visualization solutions using cutting edge tools, algorithms, frameworks and languages like PythonTensorflow/PyTorch, Plotly Dash, Streamlit, Power BI.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $121,652-$194,643
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
