The Client Reporting Analyst Senior is a member of the Client Reporting team within Capital Group (CG) Global Client Services and has responsibility for ensuring that the highest standards of reporting to our European based Institutional and Financial Intermediary clients are consistently met. The role requires close collaboration with other CG teams, the ability to manage complex client requests, to handle multiple requests simultaneously and to develop automated reporting solutions where possible.
Primary responsibilities:
- Oversight and delivery of all reports to our clients on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Responsibility for assessing / confirming the reporting requirements for all new European clients, by participating in the regular client onboarding calls, by collaborating with other CG teams and by reviewing the relevant documentation
- Implement automated solutions for standard, customised or bespoke client reports e.g., investment results, risk characteristics, fixed income, ESG positioning, breakdowns, and commentary
- Management of the team inbox and workflow tools to ensure all client requests including ad-hoc ones are completed
- Develop job aids to document new report production processes
- Develop and manage vendor/outsourced partner relationships
- Works closely with other members of the team
- Contributes to the training of new joiners, serving as a positive role model for the entire team

- Consistent attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently and is self-motivated
- Strong ability to collaborate and develop/maintain effective working relationships within CG at all levels and with external partners
- Ensures the integrity of information in upstream systems, proactively identifying discrepancies, and partnering with relevant data owners in investigating and resolving the issues
- Well organised with strong time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment whilst ensuring the delivery of consistently accurate results
- Effectiveness in leading/facilitating a variety of meetings
- Industry knowledge essential
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills
- Preferred skills in Tableau, RPA, SQL, VBA and industry reporting tools e.g. Coric
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting e.g., Solvency II preferred
- 5-7 years' experience in a similar role preferred

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
