Sr System Sales Executive I

Position Description:
- Drive new business growth by building strong pipeline, winning new logos and achieving sales targets
- Manage and grow key/strategic accounts, expanding market share through upsell and cross-sell
- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a customer-facing advisor
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and channel partners to deliver tailored solutions
- Analyze market trends and proactively identify new opportunities to support territory growth
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics or related fields
- 8+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in EDA/CAE/CAD/ software or solution-based sales
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and key account management, with ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Industry experience in 5G/RF, hyperscale, HPC/computing, Automotive, Industrial/IoT or similar domains preferred
- Strong understanding of software business models and solution selling approach
- Solid technical knowledge in electronic design ecosystem, engineering analysis or system design preferred
- Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented
- Fluent in English; willing to travel frequently
