Principal Product Engineer

1. Develop or integrate digital design flow/tools with Cadence methodologies and technologies into Foundries' advanced process technologies to meet customer's criteria in high performance chip design.
2. Collaborate with R&D and Foundry to deliver high quality Cadence Genus synthesis Platform solutions to mutual customers.

3. Ability to analyze, communicate and lead resolution of complex technical issues for customers and team members.

4. Prioritizes conflicting tasks or projects and decides how to proceed. Establishes a reliable time estimation needed to complete tasks and projects, identifies resources required for completion, and asks for assistance when necessary.
5. Align with R&D to set goal, strategy, plan & priority.
6. Manage the onsite technical consulting of Cadence synthesis flows.
7. Proactively seeks more information to address issues/problems
8. Will be a key contributor to customers' success.

Additional Job Description

The Position Requirements are...

1. Technical experience and knowledge listed below are required:
- Frond-end Synthesis expertise over 5 year
- ASIC design flow customization and development

- Familiar with UPF (or CPF)

- Familiar with LEC

- Familiar with static timing analysis (STA)
2. Being familiar with Cadence Digital synthesis Genus Platform will be much preferred.
3. Effective inter-personal communication and analytical skills are essential.
4. Good command of oral and written English is required.

5. Passion, teamwork and customer focus.
6. "Can-Do" attitude.
