Lead custom layout migration and other backend flow development and adoption for advanced process nodes using Virtuoso tools
Set up and maintain Virtuoso backend environments, including PDK validation and signoff flows.
Develop automation scripts (SKILL/Python/Perl/UNIX Shell) and provide training/documentation.
Troubleshoot complex issues and manage escalations with R&D.
Deliver structured feedback to influence product roadmap.
