Order Admin Manager

Role Summary:
Act as a Senior OM Rep for Hardware-related operational activities. Actively and regularly liaising with the QTC(Quote to Cash) teams on HW process and updates. Regular follow up and proactively work with HSV team, Logistics, Sales Finance, and others for any order and billing related matter.
Perform Order Administration role to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Perform all bookings, billings, and license activities, including complex and escalated cases.
Bookings: Creation, validation, correction, and troubleshooting of sales bookings across quote to cash internal systems.
Billings: Generation, review, adjustment, and follow-up of customer invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Licenses: Creation and customer support related to license entitlements.
Handle invoice delivery through portals, government platforms, SAP PDF, and signed hard-copy dispatch.
Maintain and manage customer master data, access rights including VAR and University account creation processes.
Handle Credit Adjustment Forms (CAF), ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and timely processing.
Participate in and provide oversight for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities to ensure operational readiness for system releases and provide feedback on operational impacts.
Work closely with Sales Finance, Revenue Accounting, IT, BU Finance, Credit & Collections & other internal customers.
Actively handle internal and external customer email queries on daily basis.
The annual salary range for California is $126,000 to $234,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
