Lead Customer Service Engineer

• Deliver advanced simulation and consulting projects for key customers.• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions using structural simulation tools.• Perform FEA and MBD simulations for complex engineering systems.• Present technical results and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.• Collaborate closely with local and European sales and technical teams.• Support pre-sales activities, including technical demonstrations and proposal development.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation methodologies and workflows.• Create and deliver training classes, technical seminars, and technical marketing material upon request• Continuously improve technical skills and share knowledge within the organization.• Work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, global organization.
