HR Operations Assistant

Cadence Design Systems is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Operations Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. In this role, you will support Human Resources: People Operations and Talent Acquisition team with a generalist approach, by assisting with employee services administrative tasks, recruiting operations, and day-to-day HR activities.

Job Description:

• Provide operational support for Talent Acquisition team: scheduling technical meetings, updating and following up with recruitment process with proactive assistance for candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with new hire documentation, contracts, benefits request and onboarding.
• Support People Operations, including employee records, benefits administration, vacations, and time tracking activities.
• Maintain and update administrative systems, spreadsheets, files, and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to employees and interns as needed.

• Complete bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Mandatory previous experience in HR functions.
• Good communication in English and Portuguese.
