Facilities Maintenance & Operations

• Plan and execute annual maintenance for critical systems such as HVAC and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
• Perform routine office maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs
• Manage and maintain office equipment, including copiers, coffee machines, water dispensers, vending machines, and pantry appliances
• Oversee maintenance and management of gym facilities and equipment
• Manage office assets, including furniture and other physical infrastructure

• Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate periodic services such as carpet cleaning and office sanitization
• Manage office greenery and seasonal decorations
• Maintain company vehicle records and oversee parking space management

• Act as the Fire Safety Manager and develop fire protection plans
• Organize and lead emergency response teams in compliance with local regulations
• Conduct safety training and emergency drills for employees
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements

• Support office relocation planning and execution
• Assist with administrative tasks and cross-functional projects as needed
