- Technical architect, recognized as a customer expert, demonstrating substantial business impact by providing expertise across multiple projects/programs; helps identify new areas of investments
- Identifies and resolves issues that impact design and selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies
- Participates in functional, cross functional and global scope initiatives. Technically leads teams effectively in an environment with high levels of ambiguity and provides significant technical leadership
- Serves as a technical consultant to management
- Drives processes, manages projects and works on issues that impact success of future Cadence products
- Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative design and product ideas.
- Participates in functional, cross functional and global scope initiatives. Provides technical leadership for the team and strategic direction for technology in projects
- Impacts work of project team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
- Makes technical architectural decisions that have a long-term impact
- Leads and helps others to solve issues of diverse scope where analysis requires an understanding of current business trends
- Collaborates with peers, account leaders and internal partners and typically interacts with high level individual contributors, Managers, Directors, VPs and key executive level employees. Leads some projects or programs and acts as a team leader to coordinate activities of other personnel.
- Persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view.
- Guides and mentors less experienced roles and encourages team members' career development.
- Applies understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives
- Expert knowledge of relevant technology / domain area Clear ability to make substantially positive impacts on the business and drive to make the entire organization successful.
